Marc Grote was in the market to purchase a used luxury car and he was considering a 2004 Porsche Cayenne with 85,000 miles on it. On his daily commute, he noticed that a 2004 Cayenne was often parked in the Auto Lab parking lot. He wondered if it was there because one of the employees owned it or because it was a client's car that was always breaking down. He decided to duck into the shop and find out. Marc learned that the car belonged to Kevin, Auto Lab owner and founder, and that he loved it. He had also purchased his used. Candid Advice on Car Maintenance

Marc likes that the Auto Lab team is knowledgeable about Porsches from personal experience and that the shop can easily, quickly get the parts they need. "They aren’t necessarily the easiest cars to work on," he says. "They own and they maintain one. But, he says, Sherman has always given him guidance on whether a repair is worth the cost or not.

Marc has also had great experiences with having other cars worked on by Auto Lab.They've taken care of his wife’s VW and an older Chevy Camaro of his. “Whatever vehicle you bring to them, they’re capable of getting the job done,” he says.
